As I said above, it's worth having a savvy accountant (you can even claim costs back since it's a business expense) but when it comes to the general keeping of records (which by law I believe, you have to have, be it on paper or computerised) you can get a couple of log books that will help you out.<BR/><BR/>I can recommend two that I've used and are pretty good (one for non VAT and on for VAT
