  • Lots of polishing and refining both the blog and the presentation for my upcoming roadshow series of talks.
  • Shooting an entire book of Women’s Fitness Exercises, for Men’s Fitness. How confusing.
  • Going to see Ross Noble. I haven’t laughed so much in a very long time. At one point I thought I was going to pass out as I was finding it so hard to breathe. Very highly recommended.
  • Starting a beginner’s 8 count course with my Lady, so she can catch up with me a bit, then going along to Jitterbugs for the first time in about a month.
  • Going to a recording of “I Guess That’s Why They Call It The News” at Broadcasting House. Not as funny as Ross Noble, but then few things are!
  • Shooting the Rough Track Triathlon for Men’s Fitness at Dorney Lake.
  • Having an honest to god day off yesterday. Felt at a loss, and didn’t know what to do, but eventually remembered how to stop working for a bit. Still found myself tidying the flat and cleaning up though, but some habits die hard.
